30-Day Return Policy

At Softcozz, we offer a 30-day return period, allowing you to request a return within 30 days of receiving your caps. To be eligible for a return, the product must be in new, unused condition, with all original tags and packaging intact.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us via email at support@softcozz.com. Our team will provide you with a return authorization and detailed instructions for sending the item back to us. Please note that returns without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Labels

  • For Defective Products: We will provide a prepaid return label.
  • For Non-Defective Returns (Customer Remorse): Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Return Period

Product Condition for Returns

We accept returns for products that are in new, unused condition, with all original tags and packaging.

Restocking Fees

Softcozz does not charge any restocking fees for returns.

  • For Non-Defective Returns (Customer Remorse): The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Products

Please inspect your caps carefully upon receiving them. If you notice any damage, inaccuracies, or defects, notify us promptly via email at support@softcozz.com. We will work with you to resolve the issue quickly.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for damaged, incorrect, or defective items. If you need to exchange a product, please contact us for assistance.

Restoration Fees

No restoration fees will be applied to your returns.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned caps, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method. Please note that the timing of the refund depends on your bank or credit card issuer’s policies.
