Orders are typically shipped within 0-2 business days. For orders in Switzerland, transit will take an additional 3-7 business days.

MY TRACKING NUMBER DOESN’T WORK

Tracking numbers may take 0-2 days to appear in the courier’s system. Occasionally, the courier may lose an order. If the tracking number still doesn’t work within a few days, contact the carrier.

I NEED HELP WITH A LATE ORDER

Orders are typically shipped within 0-2 business days. For orders in Switzerland, transit will take an additional 3 to 7 business days.
